Membership of the Association is open to all residents in the Mill Hill Park Conservation Area in Acton, London W3. The Conservation Area covers Mill Hill Road, Avenue Road, Avenue Crescent, Avenue Gardens, Heathfield Road and 63 -70 Gunnersbury Lane. Additions to the area covered by the MHPRA may be made at the discretion of the Committee.

The annual subscription is just £5 per individual or £7.50 per household payable by standing order.
